Refund policy
At Buji Aura, every product is handmade in small batches with intention, quality, and care. Because our items are personal-use skincare and cannot be resold once opened, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we do provide store credit in approved situations to support a fair and positive customer experience.
Eligibility for Store Credit
You may request store credit within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- Your item arrived damaged, leaking, or defective
- You received the wrong product
- There is a quality or manufacturing issue
- Your package was lost in transit (after official carrier investigation)
What You’ll Receive
Approved requests will receive store credit equal to the value of the item (shipping fees excluded).
Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card or code that can be used on any future order.
Non-Eligible Situations
Store credit will not be issued for:
- Opened or used products without a clear defect
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference (scent, texture, results)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- “Changed my mind” situations
- Sale or promotional items
- Digital products or services
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products cannot be returned.
How to Request Store Credit
Please email us at bujiauralifestyle@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A short description of the concern
This helps us maintain quality control and support you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Once your request is reviewed and approved, store credit will be issued within 2–5 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
If your order is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with the carrier and your local delivery services. If the carrier confirms a delivery error, we will issue store credit.
Buji Aura is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
